most up to date manufacturing facilities in the world, and have been producing fashion wear for the top
designer names for over 20 years.We can offer our clients standard and bespoke manufacturing facilities. Let me explain what we can offer you.
Our standard manufacturing facilities covers any of our
standard product range together with any of the fabrication
options, which can be produced with your own labels.
Our bespoke manufacturing facilities can be utilised for any of your cotton or man
made fibre fashion garment requirements. Fabrics can be
woven or knitted and finished to your own exclusive
design, and cut and stitched to the style pattern of your
own in house design teams.
Quality Assurance – Saleem’s seal of approval!
At TexMasters Global, quality is important to us. In manufacturing terms, quality is time and money! This is so important, that we have our own Quality Control Manager. Saleem Baig has worked in textiles for 15 years, working on every stage of production. He is a tough man to please, and there is not much that passes his watchful eye that would disappoint the most discerning customer. Saleem’s seal of approval is your guarantee of quality garments!
Natasha Smith’s Manufacturing Problem…
Natasha is a buyer for a large high street fashion chain. Her buying department has two very demanding roles. Sourcing and buying garments that fit in with the season’s latest trends. But her company also has a design department with some designers developing a unique identity under a new brand name they have recently launched.
Natasha’s solution
At TexMasters Global, we can provide solutions for all Natasha’s problems. For her sourcing work, we have a large range of current fashion trend items which we can adjust to the fabrics they know their customers like, and we can also customise these with her company logos and labels. And because we understand that Natasha is working to very tight deadlines, we can machine these items at our own manufacturing suite very quickly.
We can help Natasha’s design team as well. In fact, we can work directly with the designers and free up her valuable time resources.
We have our own in-house facilities for dying, printing and embroidery that can make any of her designer’s creations come to life. In fact we can even purchase specific yarns to knit up the fabrics ourselves to ensure that we can meet the customers exacting specifications.
Needless to say that samples of the yarns, fabrics and garments can be sent to Natasha’s designers so that they can see their creations, and ensure they are exact to the original design.
But let me tell you about something else that I am excited about. Because we do so much of the work in-house, we can keep costs down, and this will keep Natasha’s accountants happy!
Tony Crofts’ problem of reliability…
Tony Croft has been importing textiles for many years. Of course price and quality are very important to him, but his greatest problem is knowing exactly when and where his garments are being manufactured.
Tony’s solution
At TexMaster Global, we know Tony’s problem well, and there are many other buyers in the same position as Tony! We have a solution for Tony. We have our own manufacturing facilities, so we can book a manufacturing slot in specially for Tony. He will know exactly when the knitting or weaving is taking place, stitching and final finishing. Our site is built for the American market and can produce 65,000 garments per month. We know we can keep Tony happy!
